REC Blue is a simplified blue edition of RealEstateCroatia.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what our visitors should expect when using our portal.

REC Blue and RealEstateCroatia.com regularly verify that all listed agents are registered and legally authorized.
8. Portal Role (Important Legal Clarification)
REC Blue is not a media outlet and has no editorial staff.
We do not edit, modify, or verify property descriptions.
We are not a mediator, broker, or intermediary in real estate transactions.
Our role is purely:
- Marketing
- Online advertising
- Property presentation
All responsibility for accuracy of property details belongs to the listing agent.

Visitors may verify our company, ownership, and domain information through:
