The County of Istria is famous as one of the most suitable regions for life, and offers many natural beauties supported by a warm Mediterranean climate and a very cordial resident population.
Precisely in the County of Istria, five kilometers south of Tinjan, on the site of an Iron Age hillfort and later Roman fort, there is Kringa, the second largest settlement in the Municipality of Tinjan.
Having written its rich history, it is also accompanied by an interesting legend, due to which Kringa is increasingly known today for the unusual events of 1672, and thus has become an intriguing tourist destination.
One of the interesting things is that it was in this charming place that the construction of the European Drywall began - a tourist project that allows all visitors who come to Kringa to place one stone on the wall and receive a certificate for it.
Right near the town of Kringa, in the quiet location of the village of Terlevići, there is a spacious agricultural land with a total area of 2608 m2.
The land has a regular shape, with an access macadam road.
