We offer a well-established unique restaurant in Motovun in a fantastic location. The facility is categorized as a tavern with rooms. The tavern has a closed hall, a wine bar, a glazed terrace with a pergola and a wine bank. It has eight rooms with their own bathroom and air conditioning, and with a wonderful view of the city of Motovun. In addition to its own laundry facility, the facility also has solar heating for sanitary hot water, a gas station and all the necessary infrastructure for successful operation. Next to the building there is also 1,028 m2 of construction land with electricity, water and sewage connections.
