Hvar, old stone house for sale, 2.800.000 €
Beautifully renovated complex of 4 stone houses on the top of Hvar on approximately 15,000 m2, nestled in a field of lavender, rosemary, fig and olive trees.
Each house has its own private bathroom.
On the ground floor of the main house there is a kitchen, dining room, living room and a beautiful view, because instead of a stone wall the whole side of the wall is in glass.
In front is an outdoor kitchen that is covered. On the plot there is a tennis court, sauna and swimming pool.
It is a 20-minute drive to the larger city, and a 15-minute drive to the sea and beach.
The property is surrounded by Mediterranean plants.
The houses have secured car access and parking for several cars.
The electricity is solved by solar panels, and there is a water tank.
