ISTRIA, POREČ - Old stone house for complete renovation
Just 5 kilometers from Poreč and the sea, in a peaceful Istrian setting, this old stone house is located and represents an excellent opportunity to create a completely new property with character.
This is an authentic stone house that needs to be fully renovated, meaning the existing deteriorated parts should be demolished and the property's existing potential used to build and arrange a charming Istrian house.
The property is located on a plot of 280 m2, while the house currently has approximately 54 m2 per floor, or a total of around 108 m2 across two floors.
A very beautiful and functional house could be designed on the plot, for example as:
- ground floor + first floor, total area of around 108 m2
- 2–3 bedrooms
- spacious living room with kitchen and dining area
- 2 bathrooms
- terrace and landscaped outdoor area
- private garden
- space for a summer kitchen, barbecue, or a small pool, depending on the project possibilities
With quality renovation, the existing stone can be preserved and incorporated back into the project.
The location is one of the greatest advantages of this property. Poreč and the coast are only about 5 km away, allowing very quick access to beaches, restaurants, shops, and all the amenities offered by one of the most attractive towns on the western coast of Istria.
At the same time, the property is located away from the city crowds and tourist bustle, providing exactly what many are looking for - peace, privacy, and an authentic Istrian atmosphere, with the sea and the town within easy reach.
This is a property for a buyer who recognizes potential and wants to create something of their own.
