EXCLUSIVE SALE - RENOVATED TWO-ROOM APARTMENT ON THE STAIRS
We offer a beautiful, completely renovated two-bedroom apartment in Skalice, located in a quiet and pleasant environment, with plenty of free parking space around the building.
The apartment has an area of 55.75 m² and consists of an entrance, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room and a living room with an exit to the loggia. It has a western orientation, with a smaller part towards the south, which is why it is very bright and airy.
It is located on the mezzanine between the 4th and 5th floors, while it is listed as the 5th floor in the title deed. The building does not have an elevator, which is important to note, but precisely thanks to its location, the apartment is quiet, without noise and with a lot of daylight.
The apartment was completely renovated five years ago, including new electricity and water installations, PVC six-chamber carpentry with shutters and mosquito nets, thermal insulation, new room and burglar-proof entrance doors, classic oak parquet, a completely new bathroom and 3 air conditioners.
The apartment also has a storage room in the basement of approx. 5 m².
Parking is available in front of and around the building.
The location is extremely practical for everyday life - in the immediate vicinity there is a school, kindergarten, market, shops, Marjan and Poljud, while the city center is only a few minutes' walk away.
An excellent property for living in a quiet part of the city, and at the same time a very short distance from the center of Split.
