Netretić, Donje Stative - sale of family house along the river Dobra
We offer a detached family house in good condition, located in a beautiful location in the immediate vicinity of the crystal clear Dobra River. It is located in the Stative settlement, connected to the city by road D6 and 8 km from the center. The area is specific for its beautiful and green landscape. The house is detached, with a total area of 220 m2 spread over 3 floors. The ground floor consists of a garage, boiler room, kitchen with dining room, bathroom and storage room. An internal staircase leads to the first floor where there are two bedrooms with balconies, a kitchen, a bathroom and a storage room. From the upper floor, there is access to a spacious covered terrace of 24 m2, which offers numerous possibilities for decoration in order to make it a pleasant place for rest and relaxation. The attic is in roh-bau design and allows the future buyer to adapt it according to their own wishes and needs. The roof is new, replaced a year ago. The carpentry is wooden. The floors are a combination of parquet, laminate and ceramic tiles in the bathrooms. The heating is centrally based on a wood-fired boiler. Although it requires renovation, the house is of solid construction and has been maintained over the years, and as such is ready to move in immediately. It is suitable both for residential purposes and for tourism due to the location 40 m away from the beautiful waterfalls and swimming pools on Dobra and the untouched nature that surrounds it.
