Hvar, old stone house for sale, 470.000 €
An exclusive property and a rare market gem.
A stone house is for sale right on the beach, hidden in a secluded bay that offers complete privacy, peace, and an escape from everyday life.
This 94 m2 property is an ideal canvas for creating your private Mediterranean oasis surrounded by greenery and crystal-clear sea. The house consists of a tavern (konoba) and a studio apartment on the ground floor, as well as three spacious bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor.
Since the property requires renovation, it offers the possibility of complete redesign and customization of the layout. The location on this part of the island of Hvar has no running water or electricity infrastructure, which is why installing solar systems is the ideal solution.
The property includes two cisterns used for collecting and storing water. Such a sustainable lifestyle concept enables harmony with nature, a reduced ecological footprint, and an independent way of living in one of the most beautiful parts of the Mediterranean.
The surrounding grounds, with an outdoor summer kitchen and space for a small Mediterranean garden, offer a perfect retreat for recharging in complete harmony with untouched nature.
