ISTRA, SV. PETAR U ŠUMI - Beautiful Istrian old house for renovation
Exclusively only at DAMMI Real Estate!
We are selling a beautiful traditional Istrian old stone property located in a quiet village near Sveti Petar u Šumi, ideal for anyone looking for an authentic property with character, privacy, and great potential.
The property is situated on a plot of 550 m2 and consists of three separate buildings. New roof structures have already been installed on the buildings, which provides an excellent basis for further renovation and finishing. The approximate total area of the buildings is around 250 m2, with the possibility of using two floors, as was once customary in traditional construction.
What gives this property special value is its authentic Istrian character — stone walls, traditional architecture, and the layout of the buildings provide the perfect foundation for creating a unique Istrian story. The courtyard extends on two sides of the buildings and offers space for a Mediterranean garden, an outdoor kitchen, a relaxation area, or a swimming pool.
Electricity and water connections are located immediately next to the building, which further facilitates future adaptation.
This old stone property is ideal for lovers of Istrian tradition, peace, and natural surroundings, as well as for investors who recognize the potential of renovating authentic stone houses in the heart of Istria. With careful renovation, the property can become a charming family home, a holiday home, or an attractive tourist investment.
A rare opportunity to create your own traditional Istrian oasis in a peaceful setting just a short distance from Sveti Petar u Šumi.
