The production plant - sawmill, is located on a total area of 17,210 m2, owned by a legal entity in the town of Brod Moravice in Primorje-Gorski Kotar County.
The facilities include: a production hall, a drying room, a boiler room, a maintenance workshop, an indoor storage area, an administrative building, with the possibility of conversion into residential or even catering space.
A separate facility (silo) connected to the production hall for storing sawdust is worth highlighting. For the needs of the production process, a contract has been concluded with HEP on the supply and use of the network for 325 KW.
The above-mentioned area opens up the possibility of expanding the aforementioned activity or introducing a new one, according to the buyer's assessment.
