Option A: construction of two stone houses or villas, each approximately 120 – 160 m² GBA, with a swimming pool. This option represents the most attractive solution for tourist rental and allows optimal use of the land.
Option B: construction of one larger villa with an area of 250 – 350 m², which is a simpler solution but with slightly lower investment potential.
