Duga Resa – sale of a premium new-build property under construction
We mediate the sale of a high-quality new build located in the surroundings of Duga Resa, just 120 meters from the Mrežnica River.
This is a well-constructed, energy-efficient house built using modern construction methods and insulated with high-quality materials.
The house is south-facing with a view of greenery, bright and comfortable for living. Heating is planned via air conditioning and a fireplace. A 10 cm thermal insulation facade is currently being installed. The buyer has the option to choose the facade color and finishing materials. Triple-glazed anthracite PVC windows have been installed, and high-quality laminate flooring is planned. The stated price refers to a “turnkey” finish, without furniture.
The usable living area of 60 m² consists of a living room with kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. Additionally, the property includes a storage room and a terrace, making a total of 106 m².
The house is in the final stage of construction and is expected to be completed by July 2026. The 550 m² plot will be fenced, landscaped with laurel hedges, and grassed. Parking space for two cars is available.
