In the idyllic place of Čara, located 25 km from the town of Korčula, there is a spacious agricultural land with a total area of 51,001 m2. Situated on the southern slope of a hill, the land offers a panoramic view of the nearby islands of Lastovo and Mljet, as well as luxurious vineyards. At the top of the parcel, there is a naturally shaped plateau of approximately 20,000 m2.
