Premantura, the southernmost place on the Istrian peninsula. Officially belonging to the municipality of Medulin, it is about 10 kilometers from Pula. During the year, about 850 people live there, but that number increases many times over in the summer, and the immediate proximity of the beautiful Cape Kamenjak is certainly one of the reasons why this northern Adriatic gem is loved by both domestic and foreign tourists.
We offer a beautiful building land in the heart of Premantura.
It has a preliminary design that is arranged as a small residential building with three apartments. It is located 500 meters as the crow flies from the beautiful beaches and the Cape Kamenjak National Park.
The infrastructure is located next to the terrain, and an asphalt road leads to the terrain itself.
