- The maximum permitted utilization coefficient (Kis) is 1.20
- At least 40% of the building plot must be landscaped with high-quality Mediterranean vegetation
- The maximum permitted height (P+2+Pk) is 12.0 meters to the upper edge of the roof cornice, or 14.0 meters to the ridge of the building
- At least 1 parking space must be provided for each accommodation unit
Before bringing it into use for its intended purpose, it is necessary to prepare an Urban Development Plan and build communal infrastructure
