Barban, stone house with swimming pool
Rustic semi-detached stone house on the edge of the village – tranquility, nature, and authentic Istrian charm
Located in a peaceful setting on the outskirts of a village, this semi-detached stone house exudes rustic character and the warmth of tradition. Surrounded by greenery with views of fields and forests, it offers a perfect balance of privacy and connection with the local community.
The interior combines traditional materials with thoughtful details. Thick stone walls provide natural climate control – cool in summer, warm in winter.
The ground floor features a spacious kitchen with dining area, living room, one bedroom with en-suite bathroom, guest toilet, and a multifunctional room currently used as a playroom.
The kitchen is the heart of the home – functional, equipped with modern appliances, and complemented by a large dining area. Natural light floods in through windows overlooking the garden. The living room, with wooden beams and a fireplace, creates a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
The multifunctional room offers various possibilities – installations are already in place for a sauna, hot tub, or yoga/exercise space.
A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Stone and wood continue to emphasize the home's authenticity.
A large terrace with a view of nature is perfect for morning coffee, evening tea, or relaxed outdoor gatherings. It is equipped with outdoor furniture and designed for comfort.
This house is ideal for those seeking authentic Istrian living, peace, and a connection to nature.
