Moderna enodružinska hiša z bazenom v mirnem okolju – 9 km od Rovinja In a quiet village, only 9km from the famous tourist pearl of Rovinj, only 2km from the sea, on the very edge of the construction zone, there is for sale this modern single house with swimming pool. The layout of the house is ver< simple and functional. The entrance hall leads us both to the living area and to the sleeping area. The sleeping area (two bedrooms and a bathroom) is slightly recessed, in order to provide complete peace and privacy. Each bedroom overlooks the pool, courtyard and forest and has its own exit to the pool. In each room there is a Daikin inverter for heating and cooling. From the entrance hall, one enters both the spacious storage room and the bathroom, and at the end there is spacious open space living area . This is where the kitchen, dining room and living room with a fireplace chimney are located. Since most of the living area is glazed, in addition to provide an unlimited amount of light, it also provides us beautiful view of the pool, forest and meadow. From the living room, on one side, one exits to a tucked part of the terrace intended for summer kitchen, and on the other side, one exits to a large terrace, which leads to the sunbathing area and the pool. The garden and pool are optimally organized, in such a way that the garden does not require much maintenance, and since everything borders the forest and nature, there is an abundance of greenery. Since the house is truly bathed in sunlight, it is equipped with roller blinds, so that it can be completely darkened if necessary. At the entrance to the house there is parking for two cars.
