Buzet is located in the north of Istria near the border with Slovenia. Its historical core, dating back to the Middle Ages, lies on a hilltop above the fertile valley of the longest Istrian river, the Mirna. Today, Buzet is widely known as the City of Truffles, because the forests along the Mirna River are particularly rich in this divine tuber. Agricultural land of 1047 m2 is for sale in the vicinity of Buzet. The land is partly forest, partly arable land. The access road is a 100 m long macadam road.
