.::: Beautiful apartment house, 2nd row on Srima :::.
In the area of Srima called Mali dvor, in the second row to the sea, there is an apartment building with a ground floor and two floors, where 5 residential units are located. The ground floor is a comfortable two-bedroom apartment of about 130 sqm with access to a 22 sqm terrace. On the ground floor there is also a 5 sqm room with a hot water boiler. Internal stairs lead to the other floors. On the first floor we reach a two-bedroom apartment of 83 sqm, and a studio apartment of about 22 sqm. The same layout and size of the apartments is also on the second floor. On the roof there is a fenced and spacious terrace with a beautiful view of Srima, Vodice, the sea and the islands, on which there is a jacuzzi.
The building is beautifully decorated, equipped with top-quality materials, quality PVC joinery with electric shutters, and the two-bedroom apartments are equipped with underfloor heating.
As the crow flies, it is only 50m to the sea and beach, and about 2.5km to the center of Vodice.
Tour of the property is available by prior arrangement and appointment booking (two days in advance). Please specify ID number of the property when contacting us. Looking forward to your call.
