House first row to the sea
Apartment house in a top location, first row to the sea.
The house is located on a large plot of 1530m2 that stretches all the way to the beach and the sea. The land is fenced, a large part covered with stone, and in its lower part by the sea, a garage for a small boat has been built, and on the beach there is a mooring for a boat.
As it is a building plot, this property represents an investment-business opportunity, given that there is an option to build an additional building on it. Due to the configuration of the terrain, the new facility would not obstruct or obscure the view of the excellently positioned existing house.
The house itself is spread over 4 floors and consists of 8 apartments (six one-bedroom and two two-bedroom), each with a terrace and a view of the sea. The house still has a tavern and a large floor space below it, which is designed as a large open terrace under a pine forest with tables and chairs where top Mediterranean specialties would be served in case the new owner wants to continue using the facility for commercial-tourist purposes.
The big advantage of this property is access by car from the road (Adriatic highway), which is not often the case in the area of the Omis riviera for the property on the first line to the sea. The parking lot is currently not built, but there are plans made and agreements signed with the neighbors for the construction of a parking lot with 8 parking spaces.
The house, as well as the entire property, needs to be arranged and refreshed, considering that it has not been used in recent seasons.
Excellent micro and macro location, close to all necessary facilities.
