For the purposes of the same, the following is used:Agricultural land that the Company received for use in accordance with the Agreement on the establishment of easements in the forest or on forest land (concluded in 2017 with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Croatia), namely 40 ha for a period of 50 years. The land use fee was paid in advance in full for the total duration of the concession, 50 years (until 2067); 6,200 almond trees, currently 4 to 6 years old, of the Ferragnes, Filippo ceo, Genco, Tuono and Texas varieties, were planted on approximately 21 ha of land. The entire surface of the plantations is irrigated from two vertical plastic reservoirs with a capacity of 50 m³, and a buried reinforced concrete reservoir of 300 m³; The company also owns land in the business zone, with a total area of 2,000 m² prepared for future warehouse and processing plant; Currently, the company leases a warehouse of 480 m2; The company owns vehicles (fire engine - 5m³ tank, all-terrain Pick Up car and RENAULT CLI0 passenger car), and other equipment (hand shaker, electric shears, hand forklift, tractor, trailer, trailed atomizer, tiller, dryer, line for calibrating and breaking fruit, fruit cleaner, traction shaker, meteo station, etc.); 3 people are permanently employed in the company. 2 full time, 1 part time.For all additional information, only in the office after the signed Mediation Agreement, the prospective buyer pays an agency commission in the amount of 3% + VAT from the achieved purchase price for business shares of the company.
