The estate consists of: a primary residence, defensive tower on three levels once intended for defense against pirates, meticulously landscaped front and back gardens with a geometrically arranged row of trees, a chapel dedicated to St. Thomas, an unusual hut, a water mill, cisterns located inside the castle and towers, storerooms, a pavilion set on a spacious terrace, a bridge and an imposing fortified entrance.
In 2023, the owners reconstructed the summer house, preserving its historical features, which they ideally combined with modern details and thus made the space more pleasant to stay in. The styles complement each other and extend through all the rooms. A total of five bedrooms, modernly furnished, providing complete comfort with an emphasis on elegance and timeless details.
During the 2000s, it served as a museum, and in 2003, the Croatian Tourist Board awarded it the "Blue Flower" award, praising it as the most unique tourist attraction along the Adriatic coast. The property embodies the essence of Dubrovnik's rural architecture and stands proudly as the only completely intact summer residence of this caliber in Croatia.
